WinNT must have a different way of registering the
ActiveX component. That's the only way I can
explain it, since I've never had a problem with Win9x.

Netscape should be easier as it is not integrated with
the OS like IE is. You just go to Netscape's plugins
folder and cut and paste the plugin out of there (or
maybe just rename it... I've never tried it, but there's
no reason why it shouldn't work).
