One way is to erase it in the program you originally created the graphic in
and then export it from their as a PNG with transparency intact. I believe
you can do the same with GIFs. PNGs are nice as you can bet the full range
of colors. When you import a PNG into Flash the transparency remains.

Subject: FLASH: Remove white from imported graphics

Hi,

I'm trying to remove the white area from a graphic. I tried using the
erase faucet tool in flash, but it erases the whole graphic. Sitting
there and removing the white with a erase tool seems so tedious. Is
there an easier way?

Thanks,

Steve
