Subject: | A Panning Shot in Flash? |

I tried to do a simple "panning" shot in Flash2 where I horizontally
scroll an image which is several times wider than the movie x-dimension.
The assumption was that the large image would be "cropped on the fly" by
the Flash engine. This was not the case (especially in Netscape Navigator).
Is there a better way to do a simple pan?
