You need to break down the problem in smaller steps, to determine where

the problem is.

First can he create a simple Flash animation created in Flash?

Say just a simple box?

Can you upload the swf or send me an fla?

You have to troubleshoot by doing a very simple proceedure that works

then add steps one by one to determine when the problem occurs. It

sounds like this is the first Flash piece he is creating and I'm sure

the solution will be easily found once you break it down into small

steps. Post back if you need more help.
