It is whatever the "hotspots" are in your normal Flash file. So if you

have a button, Aftershock will automagically make a map area for

that button. You don't have to go in and make a map yourself, if

you do, download a program like MapEdit (can't remember the URL)

or even download the Beta of Fireworks which you can make a

map of the image.
