Subject: FLASH: Flash's Limits

I think this is a great example of the limit of Flash (not that I think it's
really limited...but here's a good case to use JavaScript). Say you want to
roll over one thing... and WHILE it's starting it's rollover animation the
thing you're rolling OFF takes its sweet time to finish. With Flash-only
you end up creating redundant animations. Say you have 4 buttons.... you
roll over 1.. then 2 (You have to see 1 Un-animate while 2 is animating).
Say you go from 1 to 3 (You have 1 un-animate while 3 is animating)... if
you end up making this "1 un-animation" in more than one place--you're
talking "hard wired" and that's not good.

I have a sample which I challenge anyone to build entirely inside Flash (it
can't be done)

Yes

Flash, because it works on version 3 browsers and has a lot more
options...
