Hi Marc,
You know, I've learned to import my sound files close to the sampling
frequency that I think they will be used at. Flash doesn't seem to have an
effective anti-aliasing filter, and when I need to reduce a sound file to
11 or 5kHz for file size reasons there can be alot of aliasing artifacts.
Also, when one of our projects has a full minute or two of dialog, the
Flash file would contain 5 to 10 MB of audio files at 44kHz, whereas if I
import them at 11kHz (which is what they will ultimately be exported at)
the audio file size in the Flash file is only a one fourth as big.
