Depends on what you mean by dramatic. Blue on a mac is blue on a pc. It might be

sky blue on one and eggshell blue on another, but that's minimal (and perhaps

not noticeable.) Other than one being a little darker, they are essentially the

same. Remember, some people have their contrast and brightness set differently,

some have gamma adjusted, some don't. It's like going to the store and seeing

all the tvs lined up and they each look a little different. That's why this list

is good, because you can get feedback from a wide variety of user, on different

systems with different settings.
