FLASH: Small(kb) pictures..

Hello out there,


in my flash movie I want to build in pictures.

A test with a 6,5 kb picture and than using fireworks 3.0 to convert it

to *.png made it larger!?

Another two different pictures (from digital-camera) came also bigger

than before.

May it the better way to stay with the pictures like they are?

Is it possible to make them smaller with fireworks?


Regular I use corel photo paint 7.0 - with this software I made the

pictures as small as they are now.


Any comments?
