Hiya Jason,

Step by step on each layer.

1. type text(sentence).

2. create text as symbol

3. add 10 keyframes

4. on frame 10 add keyframe.

5 move symbol in keyframe 10 for "move" tween/ double click and set
brightness if "fading" tween.

6. go back to keyframe 1 and double click on little grey box, then
select tween.

note: if you've scaled or rotated symbol(text) you must make sure scale
and rotate
options are checked. If you havent make sure they're NOT checked.

note: each tween must be created on its OWN layer. Dont worry extra
layers dont increase file size.
