Hiya Flashers,

Thanks for all the replies about gradient transparency.

Im aware of the relations between alpha and traditional Flash
brightness/tint
effects.

Im also learnt on traditional gradient application.

Still I guess I wasnt getting through.

Heres a example of what Im trying to do.

One symbol(no tweening)

^ <fade> ^

solid color total transparent

Is there a cursor on the gradient bar that scrolls alpha like it does
the color selections?

I figured it out to a certain degree, but not to the effect I had
intended.

Again thanks for all the help.
