If those images are imported bitmaps justo go to the library and find the

image you want to change (they are always at the end of  the list). Double

clic the image. If you have edited the image in an external editor and saved

it with the same name and in the same place just clic update and the image

will be automatically updated on every instance. If you want to change it

with an other image clic on import and browse your disk to find the new

image.
