Thanks for checking Matt. The second movie, main difference is that the
Flash is not over the video track in the Bohemian Movie, (in that movie the
flash track contains a PNG image and a vector text track). I've tried the
problem (NetHelp) movie with various graphics settings in QT pro, for both
the Flash track and the QT track (straight alpha on both video/flash seems
to work in the player anyway), as well as export settings from Flash
(alpha-transparent, auto, copy) so far no real help (copy obscures the video
as expected, w/as auto behaves the same as alpha transparent).

The NetHelp movie appears to play fine when launched in the QuickTime player
at least in my tests:

At present it seems to me to be a problem with Flash over video related to
using the embed tag. I did get the suggestion on the QT list to preload the
flash track, this appeared make the flash track show as expected in the
browsers I tested, however this disabled progressive download of the
QuickTime, so was not really an acceptable solution.

So that is where I'm at now, thanks bigtime;-) for checking it out,
hopefully a solution or at least an explanation will be found from this.
