FLASH: timer application?

Is it possible to have a timer type application in flash?  I'm looking for

something like a countdown timer that will countdown the hours, minutes, and

seconds, then play a wav file when time is up.


Can flash do this?  Anyone know of a close sample that's available?  Thanks!
