Not quite true, while most developers have 4.0 browsers installed, I prefer

to use 3.x browsers for initial layout and design as the load time,

cpu/memory usage is much less intensive.

To make constant revisions and preview with a 4.0 browser is too much

overhead w/Photoshop, Homesite and x other apps open. IMHO.
