Jason, In your FRAMESET for your hidden frame you have:
<frameset cols="100%,1*" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
Where you should have:
<frameset cols="100%,*" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
(The difference is not having the "1" before the asterisk ("*"). The
asterisk on its own tells the browser to use the remaining portion of
the screen for the frame. But since the first frame is 100%, the second
one is hidden.)
That will probably fix your problem...
