you could launch it in a new browser window using GetURL...the url should be
something like "http://www.myurl.com/mymovie.mov" and the target should be
"_new" to pop it in a new window. is this what you were trying to do?

# Hello all.
#
# I am developing a Flash piece that I would like to have launch a Quicktime
# movie when a button is clicked (using the Quicktime player of course).
#
# What would the command be necessary to do this?
