Most straightforward: You could use Get URL to open a pop-up window with
the Quicktime move in it.
Local access from a projector: You could call the Quicktime player to open
using FS Command, but you'd have to know the path to the player, and I'm
not sure if there are command line switches that would make QT play a
designated movie when it opens.
