Well not in Flash, don't forget it streams! So size is not your problem
at all. You'll only have a problem if you want to cram bits in the flow
than can flow through at your target rate.
Start by doing a test movie set your target rate, be conservative here
if you want the largest possible audience ( 28.8 is a good start, 14.4
if you're an expert). Notice any spikes above the red line ? That's
where you'll have streaming problems. See what's happening at those
points and try to optimize your movie.

Well then it's time for a strategy switch.
You refer an animation. Is it interactive ? If not go for RealFlash it
will allow you to take a more professional approach to including sound
in Flash, but goodbye Flash3 and interaction.
