Not unless they use MM code. The .swf format is open.
I believe most 2D Vector Graphics companies are seriously considering
adding Flash's .swf format to their export options. What's more
important is to get interest in the 3D guys providing a 2D projection
output in Flash format or at least in a vector format that is compatible
with Flash. Make sure you let your favorite Graphic companies know this
is a feature you desire and need.
