Anyone know of a good way of learning to understand the abilities of actions.  About all I can grasp is PLAY, GOTO, IF FRAMES LOADED.  I don't have a programming background, so it gets a little confusing.

Any help would help.


Also (since I am having trouble grasping the full meal deal on actions):  


How do you make that effect where the mouse is followed by text or a graphic.  The text or graphic trails the mouse wherever it goes.
