Hi Charles,


I realize that there are gaps at the Bible right now and that it is

difficult for beginning programmers to grasp all these new concepts. But

it is also difficult for experianced programmers as well because

Actionscript is new and not well documented. Then everyone wants to do

all the neat tricks and have good building blocks (Plug and Play

routines) for their projects.


I aim to have more and better stuff on all three fronts and now that the

book is almost done and I will have time to get many more tutorials on

the Web so you won't have to wait for my book to start learning and get

answers about ActionScript and other new features of Flash 4.


And hopefully in a few weeks I won't be seeing comments like "the best I

can put together is going to John C's action tut's in the Flash Bible

and starting at the beginning."


Nonetheless there is a lot to learn there now (with a lot more to come

and much will be aimed at those new to scripting).
