It sounds like a version of the Flash ActiveX control is causing the NT
problem (or less likely a bad installer of the control on the Web). If
anyone comes accross an NT that is crashing then get the version number
of the OCX, remove it from the folder as below and go to MM to
reinstall. To verify whether it is the OCX that is causing the problem
remove the new OCX version and replace it with a copy of the old one
then close IE and then reopen IE and test. If it crashes again then that
version of the OCX is the culprit and we can set the HTML code to
replace that version (maybe only as a test page). If the old version
works when reinstalling it then the installer was faulty.

What is the version of the ActiveX control that is now installed.
Probabbly at C:/Windows/System32/Macromed/Flash/SWFlash.ocx
Right click and select Properties > Version to get the number.

If you delete this file and go to MM to reinstall do you get the same
version?
And does it crash after the Web reinstall?
