There isn't anything in between having the whole movie either loop or
not loop. If you do not want the whole movie to loop put a stop
action in the last keyframe. If you want it to loop do not put a stop
action in the last keyframe.
If it loops your movie clips will play again, there isn't any way to
stop that. If you want only part of the movie to loop and the rest
not to loop put the part you want to loop in a movie clip and let it
play over and over. In my movies everything is in movie clips. My
main timeline is usually only a few frames long.
