Kevin,

Are you running OS 9.0.4? If not.. it is worth it, it solves some
stability problems with OS 9.

fyi - I am running Flash 4.0a on my Powerbook G3/500 running OS 9.0.4
with no problems at all. I dont have 5 yet for my Mac.. only PC.

Are you running any 3rd party extensions? I would start by booting
up with only the OS 9 base extensions.. If it still does it.. try
reinstalling OS 9.

Feel free to email me off list for further help (if needed)
