Subject: FLASH: duplicate clip depth problem!!!

I have a series of duplicated clips that are in MovieA, layer2.

I have another movieclip that is on layer one (on top of layer 2) that when
dragged drags UNDER the duplicated clips even though they are on a lower
layer!!!! what to do>>>

are all duplicated clips (depths 1+) above all other elements on that
timeline in there stacking order?
