Yeah, what your seeing is what's supposed to happen. To get around it you
have to duplicate the clips on the higher layer intially to a greater stack
number than the ones on the lower layer and then set the visibility of the
original clips on the higher layer to to 0. Once you get used to this, I
think you'll actually see it as an advantage especially in the case of
z-sorting draggable windows. Let me know if you need further explanation.
