I once lost one of my best Flash works that way...
The conversion from SWF to FLA is a destructive
one, and many parts of the FLA are left in favour of the
smaller FLA, most notably layers and tweens. You
can import the SWF into your FLA, and though
it's is hardly the same as your old FLA, you might be
able to get some art back... and maybe some sound.
If the SWF is protected against import, you'll need an
unlocking tool and I don't know if there is one for
Flash 5.
