Sorry for the OT question, but I can't find documentation on the Apple site
or anywhere else. I'd appreciate it if there's a Quicktime expert who can
help me with this.
My question regards the kind of fullscreen effect you see here (works on
Mac, QT 4.1.1, not sure if this works in Windows), where Quicktime takes
over the window:
http://www.apple.com/trailers/paramount/what_women_want/full.html
Do you have to control the QT API through Java to get this effect, or can a
Director track in the QT movie trigger this sort of event? Are the button
controls inside the Projector (Exit, Start Over) Director objects, or are
they custom-made with QT Java? I'm not a Java developer (though I'm
perfectly willing to launch Code Warrior and roll up my sleeves, if that's
what it takes) and would like to know if there are any other ways to do this
other than through a Java development environment.
I promise I'll be a good boy and not pester the group, once I know where to
begin looking.
Many thanks,
Hal
