FLASH: Max size of SWF ? --movie stalling - RAM prob ??

hi all, & help anyone!


can anyone tell me the max swf size to safely play without stalling ?


we're about to go universal with our site, but have just encountered

stalling reports with one section on a few computers

the swf is 2.1 megs


an imac running OS 8.6 with 32 megs of RAM reports it slows to crawl in

download after 900k then essentially stalls -- nothing besides browser open

on computer


however, one of our partners with 32 megs of RAM on WIN 98 says it downloads

& plays fine


Is this a mac RAM prob? then why not on WIN which is just as RAM hungry?


or is prob something else?
