FLASH: Help with Generator

I am using Generator.  I made a very simple flash movie that uses the

"Replace" template command.  The Set Environment goes against a named value

pair Text file.


When I test the movie, the movie plays perfectly.  Once I export to a .swt

file and use Aftershock and place the .htm in my inetpub/wwwroot directory

and play it all I see is the variables?


The JRun Proxy Service is running.


Help?
