My personal opinion,... send them the fla's. If they are buying the final
product, they should have access to the source. Of course, I've fought this
battle before and it didn't get me anywhere. I actually got a lot more
respect and work by giving up the source. This will validate your value to
the BIG NAME co. If this is still totally undesirable, try working out an
agreement whereby you give up the source with some kind of agreement about
WHAT exactly they can do with them.
(Did they buy a CHARACTER or an animation of a character?)
