FLASH: STAGE SIZE

What stage sizes does everyone use


If I use a 540 x 300 stage, my movie fits the browser perfectly in 800 x 600 mode but once

the resolution is changed up or down I get borders. I am assuming there is no way around this unless I use "No-border" mode which means the possibility of my movie getting cut off


Tell Me. What is the ideal stage size to fill the browser window of most computers with no streching or distortion, cut offs or borders or is this an impossible question
