Hi,
I posted this question to a Flash Newbies list as well and I must
say, I've never seen the evil in "cross-posting". If anyone can
explain it to me, I'm all ears...
So, this is pretty basic, but I'm really stuck...
Anyone know how I can call the main timeline from a button
embedded in a movie clip? How am I suposed to write the
pathname in a tell target? (In F4)
I want to jump to the next frame in the main timeline when
the user clicks a button in a Movie Clip.
Hey, how do you guys figure all this stuff out? I can't find
any good ActionScript books anywhere. Does everyone learn
Flash from online sources?
I learned a bit about Director/Lingo a while back and found
it a WHOLE lot easier to get things done.
Tia,
