I have a small observation to make: I think 'Agile/Lean' is just the equivalent of sticking 'go faster' stripes on a banger.

I know of a very big site which is held together by blue tack and double-sided sticky tape. And they have about 10 different technical suppliers coming in at all angles. A contact of mine is in one of these agencies and, get this, his job title is 'Chaordic Agent'. I kid you not.

So when he started going off about Agile this, and lean that... I just know it's another spin for another dollar. I ain't see the evidence in the particular site he works with.

But his daily rate is eye-watering...

;-)
