Hiya... Think there's already been a request for recommendations - please keep direct approaches off-list (worth noting they weren't asked for) But, I have a follow-up question. What steps would you use to hire a freelancer/agency for PPC? It seems harder to hire for a small budget than a large one, any top tips?
