There could be a bit of a back-lash on FB like campaigns, after this came
out yesterday ­ I read it on a FB post and liked it though :)

A condition for entry can be liking the page. A condition cannot be
encouraging user to spam their friends. The actual competition registration
must be run through an app. Even a super simple one with a single button
which says enter. 
All competitions must be run through an app. That is a legal point for fb.
Otherwise they would be open to a host of lawsuits.
If you want a super simple app tool for this try offerpop. You can even run
one free for 14 days.
