Hi Damian

Don't buy a "buy a new keyword rich domain"

or at least be careful not to fall foul of Google's Exact Match Domain
(EMD) update
I'd advise a domain name that will be memorable, short and unique
(it's amazon.com and not buybookshere.com for example)

I'd only change the domain if all the links were toxic or if the
current domain was an EMD

If you are trying to start afresh though, think about starting on
another server and with new content - and whether people who wanted to
cheat Google are also likely to cheat their web service company ;-)
