Unless you have trademarked the name, you are...floating downstream without

a rudder...or whatever it is one says.  The best strategy is; to seem

disinterested (hard, I know), and get a low price for the domain name

unique to you.  If the price becomes too high...which it can...get creative

with a prefix or suffix etc.  Otherwise...nothing to stop them from being a

nusiance.
