actually, the stats there are clearly wrong. but it made the point.

painfully flawed logic, martin.

When a site has a big Flash link, and a little text "non-flash" link,
who's surprised the opt for the flash? and theres always the fear that
you might miss something more than a shite animation.

and the fact that flash *may* be installed on 70% of browsers is not
evidence that HTML is no longer enough.

let's have a competition:
somebody show me a site where flash/shockwave are used to do more than
add fluff.
I'll buy you a pint.
