I would expect an answer, they might pepper the answer with their own

marketing messages, but I would expect staff providing a service to be

helpful. And I'm British too - must be some sort of mutant.


Why dont we all try this in our local branches this weekend and see what

happens - report back with amusing outcomes/bruises/lawsuits/helpful

staff?


Hmm with this netscape browser I can visit microsoft.com, and wow - with

microsoft's IE 5.5 and its new, modern features I can visit

netscape.com... who'd credit it eh!
