I would suggest that if a title looks like someone is structuring the
title of an email to have 'initial impact' it will be deleted
immediately.
Sounds to me like you are just another operator attempting to justify
their use of Spam. Been done before, will be done again.
Yes, it may get you x% response rate, but only at the cost of
alienating 100-x% of your targets - who will then be actively disposed
to think ill of you.
Not so good I think.
