I think everyone's tightening their belts which is having a knock on effect.

I've received quite a few emails from friends being laid off at various

large net agencies/production houses. The market 'adjustment' will see alot

more of this in the future, it's just ashame that their laying off

production staff that have a clue instead of the hordes of chancers that

slipped into middle management when the bubble was expanding.
