can anyone remember the name of the french company that specialises in

search engine analysis, and opened up in london in the past 12 months?


thanks to everybody that called or mailed about my speaker slots - i have

not only some excellent speakers for next week, but a good hit list for

sessions next year. and some interesting chats, which is good stuff.


jb rightly pointed pointed out that shipping bloody big xmas trees is very

different to shipping t-shirts. my common sense lobe had entirely prevented

me from suspecting that anyone would be crazy enough to point-ship bloody

great big real trees (as opposed to foldy bendy tinsely ones in boxes) at

low cost. i therefore amend my previous comment to: what he meant was "i am

completely insane and have no grasp of fundamentals of logistics". what

nutters!


amazon took 2 minutes to answer the phone this morning. that's about 10

minutes faster than about half the offline companies i ring.


my vote for chicken head silliness of the week - www.beaver-fever.co.uk - a

bit slow to load but worth the wait for the expression on his face if you

turn the music off.


anyone go to boobnight? i couldn't be bothered to vote, as i obviously don't

hang enough with the in-crowd to know everyone at every agency . . . . .over
