Subject: UKNM: The Express

As you may have guessed, there was a reason for my OK! query earlier. Nosey
chap that I am, I was wondering just what was going on with Express-related
sites under new owner Richard Desmond.

The recent (?) launch of www.ok.co.uk confused me, as there was a lot of
smoke around, suggesting his plans for web-based operations were stringent
to say the least.

So, the axe officially falls:

ARTICLE: http://www.theregister.co.uk/content/13/15497.html
CORPSE 1: www.sportlive.net
CORPSE 2: www.express.co.uk

And the questions begin:
- What makes OK! so different?
- Does Mr Desmond actually have plans for the Internet?
- Just how much of it do you think is going to be along megastar.co.uk
lines?
- If so, how aware/disappointed is he that the domain names asianbabes.com
and .co.uk are already taken?
- Not to mention realwives.co.uk, bigones.co.uk, realwives.co.uk and
amateurvideo.co.uk?
- How soon is it before Mr Desmond finds out what ICANN stands for?
