Totally agree with these sentiments. Been a happy AN customer for about 10

years but their online offering is actually making consider moving my

accounts.


Incidentally, went to an RNIB presentation about Internet Accessibility and

they are using AN's web site as a prime example of bad web site design (for

accessibility) - and demonstrate how badly designed it is by showing the

homepage through lynxview:
