Perhaps you could give us one or two examples of these strange attitudes
displayed by male "techies" towards female Net users. I can't think of any!
I could probably supply an example of strange attitudes displayed by female
Net users towards male "techies" though:

Subject: UKNM: Male "techies" - anecdotes wanted
Thanks to everyone who suggested female Net entrepreneurs for my Practical
Internet 'Women on the Net' feature.
I'm seeking something additional: anecdotes concerning strange attitudes
displayed by male "techies" towards female Net users.
If anyone has any suitable tales, please e-mail me privately!
Cheers.
Jo.
