It seems to me you haven't chosen your PR agencies very wisely. It's in the
agency's benefit to maximise column inches - so gaining coverage off the
back of an ad campaign is surely a no-brainer? Equally, why would it be in
anyone's interest to hinder an online initiative when, once again, this
carries opportunities for both online and offline PR. Maybe you should try
sussing out a better agency next time rather than tarring everyone with the
same, rather naive, brush.

i totally disagree that creatives & account handlers cannot work together.

and to your point, i've never met a PR agency that tries to work with the
agency
or doesn't muck up an online initiative by not following on their end of
the pitch.

and maybe i am a dreamer. if so, i stand accussed.
