A very happy new year to you all.


No great pearls of wisdom.  I would just add to the ongoing debate about teething problems in e-commerce that I am happy to spend an hour on hold to a helpdesk, send four e-mails and wait three weeks for delivery if it means I NEVER have to go shopping in Hamleys for my niece in December again.


I remain bruised from the experience.
