Well, like all awards it'll be puzzling because we don't know what criteria
were used for judging. Whilst people go on about 'effectiveness' and 'does it
work?', those are such moving targets that it's not easy to judge what's 'good'
and 'bad', simply because it's so hard to define good!

I quite liked the site in some respects, but as Churchill might have said,
"It's a modest site, with a good deal to be modest about".
